Heart Keys

                                   

                                   Based on the novel "Hjärtats Nycklar" written by Martin Lönnebo.
                                    


               For this project, as well as the magnetic globe, I was employed by a local set designer. 
                 He was responsible for building the stuff and I was responsible of painting them.

          This projects contained a lot of technical errors and solutions. Overall it was a fun project                                 where my co-worker/employer acted as a mentor rather than a boss.

                                           They, the opera, wanted an old wooden cabin-door.

                                          These green squares are supposed to be windows.
                                            Painted in acrylic colours and coverd in resin.

                           One character, a proffesor, freezes down himself. this is his "ice-coffin"

                           The box is made of Lexan and covered in Resin, to get that slushie-icy-look.

Here are some photos of my thesis at Luleå University of Technology.

A female medieval-fantasy character named "Jýusraavi".
My idea was that the character belongs to a fictional world where danger is everywhere. I picture her as a good person who does not know what she is searching for. A purpose of life? somewhere to belong?
From late March to early June the character was created at the workshop of my former internship, Norrbottensteatern Luleå.
The finished product is a poster of the character as if it was going to be made as a TV-series or a movie.
